WORKOUT PIZZA

1 tomato
Pinch dried Oregano
Pinch dried basil
Pinch Ground pepper
2 slices Ezekial bread
6oz grilled chicken or turkey breast
2/3 cup low fat/ or fat free cottage cheese
2 TBSP low fat/ fat free parmesan cheese

1. Cut tomato into slices season with oregano,basil,pepper. Put 2-3 slices of tomato on each slice of Ezekial bread

2. Cut chicken or turkey into thin slices and put on tomatoes

3. Divide cottage cheese evemly and top chicken or turkey. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

4. Bake in oven on a baking sheet at 400*F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
