FAT BURNING COOKIES*
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour- you can use rice flour, spelt flour, or any other gluten free flour of your choice
2 cups whey preotein powder (or any protein powder)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinammon
1 1/2 cups low fat small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup canola oil
1 egg
2tsp vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup semisweet choc. chips
1/2 walnuts, chopped-optional
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl and blend with fork.
3. In a seperate bowl, combine next 5 ingredients and whisk together with a fork or use an electric mixer or food processor.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix with a fork. Mix in oats, choc, chips and walnuts.
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an oil or parchment paper limed baking sheet. bake 12 minutes until the cookies are slightly brown on top.
